  • How much is shipping?

All US shipping is free for orders over $125.  Orders under $125 ship for $6 via USPS. We happily ship to all countries! International shipping varies by country. All orders ship from our studios in central Vermont.

  • How soon will my order ship?

We make an effort to keep many items in stock, and those items ship within 2-3 business days. Some items are made to order and may take up to two weeks to ship. See the item description for specific shipping times.

  • How will my order ship?

Most US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders ship via the postal service.

  • What is the return policy?

Non-custom items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund or shop credit. Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th can be returned anytime until January 15th of the following year. Email returns@littlehilljewelry.com to arrange a return. Custom and made to order items are not returnable.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as payment via PayPal.

  • How secure is this store?

This store uses Shopify payments via Stripe and PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).  

  • Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.
